The Japan Metabase Association(JMA) has established the following “Privacy Policy” in compliance with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (Act 57 of May 30, 2003) and other related laws and regulations.

・Our association’s operations and related operations
・Introduction and guidance of our association
・Identification of the individual and confirmation of the proxy
・To report transaction results and operation status, and to facilitate transactions
・Administration of transactions with the association
・Exercise of rights and fulfillment of obligations under contracts, laws and regulations
Information to be collected and collection method
In accordance with laws and regulations, we collect personal information such as address, name, occupation, and contact information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of collection and use described above. We will make every effort to ensure that the information we collect is current and accurate.
Use and provision of information
The information collected will be used in accordance with the above collection and use purposes, and will not be used beyond the scope of those purposes. We will not disclose or provide the information to a third party without your consent. However, we may disclose or provide information to a third party if we are required to do so by law.
Management System
We will establish an internal management system and inform our officers and employees of this policy. If the person in question contacts us regarding the disclosure of their personal information, we will make every effort to respond promptly in accordance with the law.
Inquiries about personal information
The Association will respond to requests from users to confirm, correct, update, delete, or stop using their personal information at office@japanmeta.org.
